ABOUT ME

I enjoy anchoring but I've also produced thousands of my own newscasts, cut my own video and shoot/edit my packages out in the field.

I love to write. 

In the newsroom, I'm a leader and edit dozens of reporter's scripts daily before each newscast.

I've been fortunate enough to work alongside multiple veteran co-anchors. KCAU 9's Tim Seaman who's been on the desk for more than 30 years and during my 6 years at TV6 and FOX UP, Greg Trick and Steve Asplund who've been on the desk 30 and 42 years respectively. They've all been great mentors -- teaching me the ropes while allowing me to develop my own style as an anchor.
